Chicken Curry recipe kadhai chicken food Spicy and Tasty khana

Hello and Namaskar To all my friends.Aaj hum spicy garebi chicken banane ja rahe h keval apke liye.
so lets start the procedure of the recipe of chicken curry or kadhai chicken.

Whole spices:
Bay leaf(Tejpatta) - 2 pieces
Black cardamom(kali ilaychi) - 2 pieces
Black pepper(kali mirch) - 5 pieces
Cinnamon(dalchini) -1 piece
Cloves(launga) - pieces
Cumin seed(Jeera) - a pinch
Other Ingredients:
Chicken pieces- 1 kg
Mustard Oil (Sarso tel)-3 table spoon
Coriander leaves(Dhaniya patta) -2 table spoon
Turmeric powder(Haldi Powder)-1 table spoon
Coriander powder(dhaniya powder)-2 table spoon
Cumin powder(jeera powder)
Salt(namak)-according to taste
Red chili powder(lal mirch powder)-according to taste
Red chili(lal mirch)-5-6 pieces
Garam masala powder-1/2 table spoon
Chicken masala powder-1-2 table spoon
Sliced Onion(Pyaj)- 5-6 onion piece
Sliced Tomato(tamatar) -2 piece

If You have grinder then grind onion in the Mixi.
or
Put 1/2 table spoon mustard oil in the pressure cooker and put onion with medium fire.
Remove in 3 sity, then mash it.
For Frying chicken:
Wash chicken pieces neatly and put into a bowl. mix 1/2 table spoon of salt,
red chili powder,and 1/4 table spoon of mustard oil and leave it for some minutes.
put 2 table spoon mustered oil into kadhai and heat it.
now fry all chicken pieces into four parts.
Main Preparation:
1. Put mustard oil in the kadhai and heat it.
2. Put cumin seeds,bay leaves,black cardamom,black pepper,cinnamon,and cloves
and then half of Ginger garlic paste.
3. Put grind onion and Red chili pieces, fry till it become little brown in color.
now put remaining ginger garlic paste
4. put turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,red chili powder,garam masala powder,
and salt now mix all of them.
5. put tomatoes into it and fry it for minutes.
5. put water into it and stir for some seconds.
6. stay it on medium fire for 15 minutes(duration may vary)
7. lastly put chicken masala and green coriander leaves into it .
Chicken curry is now ready to be served with Chaval(rice) or Roti(chapati)...Enjoy!

Chiwda-Rice flakes Snacks-Evening special -Dry poha

Rice flakes(Chiwda)- 3 cups
Bengal gram(Channa dal)- 1 cup {Keep it in water before the day of preparation }
Green peas(Hara matar)- 1 cup
Sliced Onion(Pyaj)- 1/2 cup
Green/Dried Red chillies(Hari/sukha lal mirch)- 4-5 pieces
Mustard Oil (Sarso tel)-2 table spoon
Coriander leaves(Dhaniya patta) -1 table spoon
Mustard seeds(Sarso dane)- a pinch
Cumin seeds(Sabut jeera)- a pinch
Curry leaves(kadhi patta)-10-15 leaves
Turmeric powder(Haldi Powder)-a pinch
Salt(namak)-according to taste
Red chili powder(lal mirch powder)-according to taste
Optional Ingredients: Peanut,Dhaniya powder, and Papad

Method:
1. Put mustard oil in the frying pan and heat it.
2. Instantly put cumin seeds,mustard seeds and then dry red chillies and curry leaves.
3. Put sliced onion and fry till it become little brown in colour.
4. Now, put Green peas and Chana into it and fry it for a minute or two, in between put turmeric powder,salt, and Red chilli powder.
5. Now, put rice falkes(chiwda) and coriander leaves. fry for 4-5 minutes till it feel crispy n crunchy.
Chiwda is now ready to be served with a hot cup of tea...
